Meditation is the practice of quietening our thoughts. There are many ways to meditate: visualisations, music, breath, mantras, silence. It is the simple act of conciously guiding the mind towards a single point of focus
Mindfulness is paying attention, being present in whatever you´re doing and noticing the world around you.
Mindfulness and meditation sessions are available for individuals or small groups, all sessions are tailored for your requirements and take place in the Serenity Studio as a one to one or in a group of up to three people.
